Now, That’s a Hat

Many people looked at Henry when he wore his hat on Wednesday. One man yelled out his car window, “I like that hat” while others just looked at him and smiled or said, “Nice hat.” He seemed to be the only celebrity in SoHo for the day. Thanks to Aunt Terra and Aunt Juj for the gift.

Henry fell asleep on the walk home, but the hat stayed intact-with mom's help, of course.

Henry fell asleep on the walk home. I stopped to move his hat back above his eyes periodically.

  1. This is how I picture Henry as an old man after a long, happy life: periodically dozing off while being wheeled around by loved ones, wearing a cardigan and a hat exactly like this.

    • Well, our Henry will be good looking and much loved all his life, especially with such a nice chapeau on his handsome head. Love, Mom

  2. I just love Henry in this hat, as I mentioned before it’s just the kind of hat his Great-Grandpa Henry liked to wear. So glad Aunts Juj and Terra sent it for Henry! I can just picture all the nice comments as you strolled him around and wish I’d been there. Will try to print out this photo to send to Great Grandma Virgie with her Mom’s day card. Love ya’ll ! Mom/Gran Lois
